Jeremiah 23:11,13 (NIV)
11 "Both prophet and priest are godless; even in My temple I find their wickedness," declares the Lord. 12 "Therefore their path will become slippery; they will be banished to darkness and there they will fall. I will bring disaster on them in the year they are punished," declares the Lord. 13 "Among the prophets of Samaria I saw this repulsive thing: They prophesied by Baal and led My people Israel astray.

These are His prophets and He is saying that they are prophesying by the spirit of Baal, they are prophesying by the spirit of antichrist. It exposes and it's not covering. It is building pride and not humility. Very dangerous, He says that it causes His people to err.

There are people today that have given themselves over to other spirits and call that spirit by the Lord's name. It is very scary when you see in the church today people coming and saying, "Jesus said, Jesus said", and it never comes to pass because they are just listening to another spirit because they have not cleaned up their own lives.

So many people allude to others that God has led them into destruction and not into life. When God is leading you, you might go through the dry places or the wilderness, but you will eventually come into prosperity.

I had one guy say to me, "Well the Lords trying me like Job." I said to him, "Well you are a lot more rebellious than Job because Job's total trial lasted nine months and yours has lasted many years. That's an excuse for your failure, for your own self righteousness and spiritual pride." When you're under attack you're still going to be prospering in some way or another. God is breaking through and God can be seen in your life.
