First let me thank you for your question, now I want to ask you. Why do you want to know? Are you looking for enough people to agree with you to silence the conviction within your own spirit. Or are you looking for people to agree with you to weaken the conviction of a young lady your dating? Or are you planning to teach a class on the subject? I am going to answer your question as if it was the latter.
It is important to see sex is a dangerous weapon even worse than a gun it not only takes life it gives life. That is why God gave so many laws to govern it. Just think of this one principle, when two people come together in intercourse they can do something that no other element of creation can do except God. They create immortality which is the result of their union. The child they create will live for ever either with God in heaven or with Satan in the lake of fire. Awesome reasonability don't you think, that is why sex is so dangerous. Now marriage is the vault this dangerous weapon needs to be kept in. So what is marriage? It defiantly is not just permission for two people to have sex. It's much larger than that, it is permission from God for two people to raise a family the product of their sex. Marriage is when two mature people not just in age but in mentality come together to join their lives to create a stable moral truthful atmosphere to develop a family. I am not going to give you one scripture on this subject, because the whole bible is written to develop strong families
